Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Engr Paul Agbo is a multidisciplinary mechanical engineer and project management professional with over 20 years’ experience. Notable amongst projects he piloted are: Escravos Fire water system Upgrade (2004-2006), Benin river development project (2006-2008), Escravos Gas project (2008- 2010), Production platform modification (fabrication stage, 2009) all for Chevron, Nigeria, Construction of 30MMSCF/day Gas Plant Loading Bay (2010-2012), Umutu-Kwale delivery line for Platform Petroleum (2007), Ossu 3 manifold extension , OSSU 4 & 5 pipelines (2012), Quintuplet Water Injection Plant (2005) all for Addax Petroleum Limited, Group Gathering Facility for Midwestern Petroleum/ Mart Resources (2013), Construction of Early Production Facility (EPF) for Pillar Oil Limited (2011), Construction of Common Custody Transfer Facility at Qua-Iboe, Eket for ExxonMobil and FUN group (2012- 2015). Atan 5 development Project for ExxonMobil (2016-2017).
Before Bicens, he also worked as the COO of Visco Support Group where he piloted the affairs of Visco Production Support Services Limited, Equip and Logistic Services Limited, a logistics company serving MPNU, Ringiers and 9mobile.
He joined Bicens group as a Senior Operations Supervisor, where he rose to become the General Manager Technical and Sales, then became the Chief Operating Officer, before becoming the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer.
