Bicens comprises 12 product service line (PSL). The PSL runs in four divisions: Drilling and Evaluation, Completion and Maintenance, and logistics. Our consulting and project management service line works across both divisions and is the frontline of our coherent-services strategy. PSLs are responsible and accountable for strategy, technology development, process development, people development and capital allocation.
