Ogochuku Okekpolo has a background in Accounting and Finance with over 15 years’ experience in Financial Management, Accounting and high- level Organizational Administration. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administration of Nigeria, a certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria.
Prior to joining Bicens Resources Limited, she was the head of Finance and Administration in Academic Associates PeaceWorks, a Peace and Conflict Management Development Organisation funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID), She also managed projects funded by Living Earth Foundation UK, British Council, Shoreline Natural Resources Limited. Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, Delta State Government, Rivers State Government and the European Union Delegation among others.
She administered over 20 development project budgets and ensured budgetary control and value of money, organised and coordinated over 30 high profile Niger Delta stakeholders dialogues and over 200 community stakeholders town hall meetings in the Niger Delta Region.
At Bicens Resources Limited, Ogochuku delivers critical support and coordination for general operational efficiency and provides expert advice and support to the board of directors, executive team and other business units. She develops and maintains relationship with key stakeholders within the government, community and the corporate sphere.
