BICENS is dedicated to planning and managing the operation & maintenance of oil & gas facilities to ensure that safe operational performance is optimized, that availability is maximized and that cost is minimized. In short, BICENS specializes in maintaining clients’ production facilities so that they do what they should at minimum cost while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards in the industry. BICENS integrated operation & maintenance services reduce exposure in remote regions and significantly reduce management time input. The concept allows for a multi-level independent maintenance review followed by clear interfaces between BICENS and client’s management. For effective IOM, we are guided by the five well defined elements which are included by those presented in the OMETA concept.

BICENS incorporates these elements, operations, maintenance, engineering, Training and Administration which form the basis for a solid O&M organization, the key lies in the well-defined functions each brings and the linkages between organizations.
